My operating system (OS) is Ubuntu Mate 22.04.2 64-Bit. Kernel Linux 5.15.0-58-generic x86_64. Graphical user interface (GUI): MATE 1.26.0. CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3750H with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx × 8. CPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650/PCIe/SSE2. RAM: 29.3 GiB. Swap space: 18.82 GB. I have 478.2 GB of free space. I generally use under 10 GB of RAM. CPU has 4 physical cores, 8 virtual cores. Part of the issues may be related to the GPU. But most likely the SSD is problematic. Not sure really. My PC freezes randomly every day, week, month, and/or other random times every once in a while every few days, weeks, or whatever, really random, all the time random, since October of 2022. My goal will be to switch back to my old Yoga laptop. I still want to try to fix the APST issue here. I may have at least 3 main issues on my 2021 ASUS Laptop being the SSD, the GPU, and specifically the APST issue. I do want to try tackle each of those 3 issues. I have been trying to tackle them since October. I may give up or something. I also want to investigate which OS might be the best for my Yoga laptop. Also, advice on how many partitions I should have on the HDD in my Yoga. I kind of want to focus on that first before going back to tackling the ASUS issues.
