Instead of removing my pizza video in June 2025, TikTok kept my video up until the end of July where they suspended my channel, TikTok could have removed my video but instead kept my video on their platform for around two months, my pizza video was a joke to counter trolls who lie about me. After Belgium blocked my video, TikTok suspended me despite the fact I didn't even have three strikes. My pizza video was just a random joke video similar to other satire content, I've uploaded over 30K videos online, been online since like 1995, I have thousands of hours worth of content online, the pizza video was just another of a long list of crazy videos, I'm a public figure with an online public daily blog, been uploading over 10K TikTok videos since like 2018. TikTok AI is automatically rejecting these appeals without forwarding these appeals to actual human staff.

I posted the pizza video to TikTok around June of 2025, but TikTok didn't suspend me until the end of July and it wasn't the only or even the first time I said pizza and other random things. In other words, I sometimes do a wide variety of things to counter my trolls, I utilize sarcasm, satire, trolling, deception, irony, sarcasm, hyperbole, random words, lying, trickery, puns, click bait, being silly, joking, I sometimes take myself out of context, etc. I have been doing many different things, I do not always tell the world what I am doing, my name is "Oatmeal Joey Arnold" at @joeyarnoldvn on all the websites and apps on the world wide web, born in the year 1985 in Oregon, been online since like 1995 meaning over the past thirty years on thousands of websites on the Internet meaning AI cannot even study it all without thinking for thousands of hours as there is a lot of context and content to go over. TikTok didn't remove my pizza video back in June but instead suspended me. But social media often do delete content that might break the rules. But TikTok instead just kept my video up for like two months until they permanently banned me. In my pizza video, I said there was cheese pizza in my Discord Server, it was only like a five second long video, and it looks bad because some people say cheese pizza is code for pedos. Yet some years ago, some people would say all the pizza stuff was a conspiracy theory or fake. In only a few years, it seems social media have done a 180 degree in turning around to say yeah all the pizza stuff regarding governments being involved in trafficking is true. I spoke against pedos and trafficking for years or decades in videos, blogs, X posts, etc. So, my pizza video would be out of character if it turned I was a pedo or bad. I disavow pedos, I hate them, I speak out against them online, I have done so for years. My pizza video was not the first time I did something crazy online, been doing crazy things for decades both online and offline, I do things to be shocking sometimes and other reasons all mixed into one. So probably not my first pizza video and also it was not my first Discord video, I would upload hundreds of videos over the years about my Discord online where I might say crazy things about it that may or may not be true about what might be in it or whatever, so me saying there is pizza there is in the context of me saying other random things including I would say I am like a million feet tall and I live in the sun meaning I sometimes say things that are obviously not true when you compare a random thing I might say one day with things I normally say as I just turned 40 years old in February of 2025, I am old and I say and do many things and sometimes do crazy things that are out of character. I make memes. I even said hawk tuah in some of my videos, I said there is a Nintendo Mario Donkey Kong Diddy Party in my Discord in some videos and people would take that out of context to say I only said Diddy as to say I am a pedo. I play off the fake news as people already lie about me since at least 2009 online and I play off all of the drama sometimes by going off script to say random things that should be obvious is not true. So after I made that pizza video for TikTok in June, then countries like Belgium started blocking that pizza video, that video got around 30,000 views I think, I don't know if users flagged the video and/or the TikTok AI must have flagged and blocked that video because I said pizza and had the word pizza displayed on the video as I typed it out and added it in the description. My monetized TikTok channel had over 16,000 followers and over 10,000 videos, I started uploading videos to TikTok in 2018. I won many appeals over the years resulting in TikTok restoring many of my videos which were flagged by humans and by AI.

I uploaded a video to TikTok around June 2025 saying the word pizza as a joke.

I believe my video did not violate TikTok rules and my video was similar to thousands of other videos that I uploaded to TikTok and other social media going back decades.

TikTok didn't remove my video.

TikTok kept my video up for around two months.

But then countries like Belgium blocked my video.

After that, TikTok had my channel/account permanently suspended in July 2025.

TikTok is ignoring my appeals.

TikTok should have just deleted my video instead of suspending my channel, I didn't even have three strikes.

TikTok never told me specifically why I was suspended, I am guessing it must have been that one video.

TikTok should take me to court or restore my channel.
