Some people may have problems with bread and wheat/grains in general. The bigger issues is white bread and anything that might be removed and added to it. You should see if you run into the same issues with totally natural whole grain bread or whatever it's called that may have the least amount of preservatives, chemicals, etc.

Nate did the sermon on the power of prayer which can include not constant ordering Genie God but in thanking God. There is value in that. Nate also mentioned how miracles and healing can happen not always in supernatural ways but instead sometimes or most times in natural ways. We closed with Way Maker song. I stood. Larry stood. A few people did. An ad of the YouTube video which they should have simply downloaded that video or something. Music video of that song. We skipped the potluck, I saw the older kids of Santa. Lunch, 02:00 PM. Dinner, 08:00 PM. Food log: Breakfast: coffee, orange, 08:00 AM. Yogurt, 08:57 AM. Lunch: soup on potatoes, 02:00 PM. Dinner: scrambled eggs, 08:00 PM. beans. Lemon juice from concentrate.
