341/ The problem is not so much who people promote or demote but more so the BIGGER issue is when people who probably should NOT be muted, timeout or silenced are zipped so they can NOT speak; sometimes people should let people at least message in the Discord Server maybe. 342/ I posted content to Snapchat Spotlight which does NOT allow for NUDITY at all and is similar to TikTok videos and YouTube shorts and the Facebook reels; people STOLE content I posted to the SNAPCHAT SPOTLIGHT; they reposted the content in groups and then to Discord. 343/ Big Spike said, "I will not silence people no more;" but this is a false paradigm; I didn't say never do it; my point is much wisdom should be used when making choices; but Spike is too binary in a black and white spasm unable to make nuance decisions. 344/ People ask if I'm satire or what when they're watching my TikTok videos and yet that's too binary or basic of a question; truth is I'm multiple things at the same time during the course of my life everywhere; it's hard to explain, super long story believe it or not. 345/ I hereby give Yummy Hawaii Alliana full authority to promote and demote anybody and everybody in my Discord Server to any and all roles; this also applies to everybody else including me; people are encouraged to promote and demote everybody all the time up and down forever. 12:48 PM: 346/ I partly disagree with Jade: first, people shouldn't be promoted too high in the first place; second, I demoted people not merely for alleged slurs, racism; third, there are many factors that can determine eligibility for applying for higher roles which are often overlooked. 347/ As Jade mentioned in this screenshot, many people say crazy things; that's why people under the age of 20 shouldn't be promoted above admin generally speaking; problem is anonymous people lie about their age meaning you don't always know meaning they should be very demoted. 348/ Jade, but I don't really have an emotionally unstable or irrational or alleged good side in the sense that simply the best of the best should be promoted in our Oatmeal World Discord Server and yet Caddy lied about me bigly many times over the years which Caddy won't stop. 349/ Jade for the win, trolls say I'm only promoting women; Jade countered with how the 2 highest people are men; Jade was able to kung fu the lies the haters spam; trolls always say stuff like this and won't stop; but we can raise awareness to the lies to warn the public. 350/ Caddy, people catfish me all the time and especially in 2023 in this server where they pretended to be 30 year old Only Fans porn star women Hell-bent on sex, nudity; they turned around saying they were allegedly minors trying to catfish me which might be against Discord TOS. 351/ Anybody reading this should post a screenshot of this tweet, Caddy should probably be demoted to under the admin role if Caddy is under the age of 20 years old generally speaking unless if exceptions should be made depending on other factors as there are many many factors. 352/ People lie about me on several levels, people will say I'm a pedophile, a pedo, a PDF, a pedofile; but I'm not; people will also say I'm not but might actually think otherwise; not saying Lucas in this screenshot thinks I am or not; but sometimes people lie to try to fool me. 353/ Magnus, only thing scarier than Oatmeal watching his own Discord Server which is what most server owners/admins do as that's normal; what is scarier is 2672 members of the server who also probably watch the server too sometimes as well; Magnus, can you not think that deep. 354/ Trolls often ask why I post here on Elon Musk's Twitter X instead of directly inside my Discord Server because they notice me doing this and yet they don't notice everything else I do at the same time meaning they're only able to see part of the story making it too abstract. 355/ Alliana, but I've actually mentioned Leighton many times for years in my blogs since 2022; my suggestion, my advice is that the top debunkers of the Oatmeal Fake News might be promoted up a little if they're publishing debunks in videos, blogs, etc.

357/ Alliana, this looks pretty good, policing traffic in Discord Servers and the Internet in general is like trying to catch the wind or like trying to regulate which aliens can travel through the unknown regions of outer space in places in the universe not yet discovered. 358/ Alliana, good work on the outline, Big Spike was not the first to leave our server over stupid shit; people like Spike leave the server because they suck; when people like Spike leave, then it in fact proves everything I have said about them to be actually correct. 359/ Hamburger said people are promoted above admins for doing nothing; which proves my point that you should be demoted if you promote people too high; we need audits; we need to drain the swamp of the leadership pyramid in our server. 360/ The point of the roughly 73+ main roles and levels in our server is a hierarchy system like in a military with a chain of command where lower roles report to higher roles who in return report to even higher roles in a pyramid scheme of a game of thrones of a rings of power.

Problem is so many people tend to be too anonymous and then they'll totally change their usernames and more. 963/ They change their profile pictures/avatars, they do all these things to remodel their already anonymous identities online making it even harder to really know who is who outside of guessing and what not; so, it is insane for young people to have these delusions about this. 964/ I misspelled delusion; who is Soyboy? So Aliana, maybe I need to create a flowchart for which roles people should get based off their age, work, money, wisdom, ability, number of followers, number of YouTube videos, their reach on social media, impressions, power, etc. 365/ Everybody, I'm practically running Oatmeal World from beyond the grave or better yet from TikTok, Twitter X and my blog; if any of you guys were able to get other people to share your screenshots & videos in the server like you do mine, then maybe you'd be promoted a little.

367/ Aliana, you're free to perhaps give people roles merely based off what they do in the server but bad people can manipulate that meaning trolls can trick you into giving them higher roles which is what they did to me especially in 2023 which is how they nuked this server. 368/ I'd prefer gods be people like 30 years or older; well, in some cases, maybe college graduates, business owners, really big content creators with millions of followers, others, and especially Heirs of the Oatmeal who try meeting Oatmeal Demands could perhaps be promoted up. 369/ Everybody's free to give people any roles; the older you are, the higher the role you might be eligible for; yet people can lie about their age; people can do a bunch inside the server just to trick people into promotions meaning it's easy to be fooled by anonymous accounts. 370/ People who try to run the server could perhaps get higher roles, people like Alliana for example; but the highest roles should probably be reserved for those who try to debunk Oatmeal Fake News and tries to meet Oatmeal Demands through publishing stuff all over the Internet. 371/ In life you may not always know who the trolls might be but there may be less probability they'll stab you in the back if they have more skin in the game; it's easier to seek retribution against a public person and harder to seek revenge against anonymous people who hide. 372/ Aliana, your logic is flawed in that people can manipulate your line of thinking because you get tunnel vision and become blinded by just what they do in the server that you miss out on seeing the wolf in sheep clothing; it's simple logic to understand this. 373/ I tend to trust people more when they are out in the public more and more trying to make the world the better place and Discord has a lot of terrible monsters in them working in the shadows hiding behind meaningless anonymous boxes of identity up to no good at all. 374/ If nobody tells me who Chocolate Thunda was in a previous life, I might never know. 375/ People who like cuss excessively aggressively all the time, if they're like cursing provanities, saying bad words like fuck you and all this, they probably shouldn't ever be promoted above like admin generally speaking apart from maybe a few rare exceptions in some cases. 376/ There can be a distinction between one-hit wonders and long-term persistence online; I'm not simply saying that fame will automatically give somebody a higher role; when I promote people, I look at a variety of things, I try predicting the future based off life patterns. 377/ Value can be placed on those who run the server but I also see value in public figures who try to be not anonymous in trying to influence the world offline and online in a variety of ways; I want to promote people who don't want nor need promotion; I like independent people. 11:59 PM: 378/ Alliana has a very high role because she is good at running the server; if she got people to run the server as her minions or slaves or apprentices, like a Mini-Me, then that might increase her chances of getting promoted even higher depending on many factors and much more. 379/ False, your username still is bigweaniemeanie and I even mentioned that in earlier tweets but apparently you overlooked that; did you have a previous username?
