How to stop election fraud, call it identity theft

"Sheriff, I'm a victim of identity theft." Don't talk about election fraud. Below, I've included a 39-step guide on what to do if they tell you that you already voted on election day which is on Tuesday, the 5th day of November of 2024. Statistically this will likely happen to you even if you didn't already vote. There is a high probability this will happen because it already happened thousands of times in 2020 and 2022 in states like California.

Here is an outline of what you can do:

Request for an absentee ballot to be sent to you by mail but don't open it
Vote in person on election day, don't show them your absentee ballot
If they say you already voted, contact your sheriff
Have your sheriff come to document identity theft
Don't say election fraud at a polling location, say it's a retail place
Show your sheriff your absentee ballot but don't surrender it
Vote in person via a provisional ballot

Let me provide more details as follows. Request an absentee mail-in ballot. Don't open it. Try to vote on election day. But if they say you already voted even when you haven't, contact your sheriff. Don't call 911. Say it's a non-emergency. Say you witnessed identity theft at a retail location. Don't say you're at a ballot location. Request the sheriff to come. Tell the sheriff your story. Have the sheriff ask the staff who will repeat that you already voted even as you didn't. After that, pull out your unopened absentee ballot to show the sheriff but then keep that ballot as by law it's your property and you don't have to surrender it. Your sheriff has the power to open up a proper investigation on your identity theft and seize ballot boxes.

Also, they can give you a provisional ballot so you can vote in person. But without the help of the sheriff, they're not going to count your provisional ballot but will instead just count the fake absentee ballot vote which didn't actually come from you as you didn't already vote even if they said you already voted. So, vote in person on election day via a provisional ballot if they say you already voted even as you haven't already voted. Make sure your sheriff knows you were a victim of identity theft.

Do not say voting fraud or election theft or anything political like that. Just say identity theft because it was identity theft. And keep your unopened absentee mail-in ballot as evidence of the crime of identity theft which they committed against you. Scroll down to see these 39 steps in more details below as follows. How can Americans fight absentee/mail-in ballot fraud?

1. Request for an absentee mail-in ballot

No matter who you are, this article is for you, whether you're voting for Donald John Trump, Joe Biden, Michelle Obama of Barack Obama, Oatmeal Joey Arnold, Kamala Harris or anybody else. This may even apply if you're not even voting at all because you may find out they voted in your name even as you don't even vote at all. They may have stolen your identity by forging your name on ballots to pretend you voted when really you didn't. This affects red and blue states. And remember that blue states are only blue in a few of the largest cities as the countryside is red.

2. Don't open your absentee ballot

Do not open it when it comes in the mail, do not tamper with it. Make sure you keep the envelope unopened. Make sure you don't remove postal stamps if there are any off the exterior of the envelope. You want to preserve it in the same condition you received it in. Hold onto it.

3. Don't open others either

If you received a ballot but didn't request one, don't open that either. Keep everything version that is sent to you. This is your evidence.

4. Vote in person on election day

Vote in person on election day which is Tuesday, the 5th day of November of 2024 (that is this current year right now).

5. Bring your unopened absentee ballot

Bring with you your unopened absentee ballot but vote in person at a voting location.

6. They might say you already voted

When you try to vote in person, then they might say sorry you already voted even if you have not yet voted. Do not panic as they're simply relaying to you what they're being told. You know you haven't voted (assuming if you haven't voted) but they only know what they see on computers or wherever they get their information from. There is a high statistical probability they'll say you already voted since this has happened a lot in 2020 and 2022 in states like California in the United States of America (USA).

7. Don't bitch

Don't whine, complain, yell, panic, go crazy. Stay calm. Don't get mad as this is not a personal attack against you personally. Stay reserved and focused. Don't say words like fraud and stuff.

8. Say, "Can you repeat that to me?"

They'll say it again that you already voted even when you haven't.

9. Request for a provisional ballot

They'll give you a provisional ballot form you can fill out which lets you vote and it means they might investigate it. Well, actually, they'll count the mail-in ballot and not count the provisional ballot as it might be hard to know whether or not you already voted by mail or not. So they'll just count the absentee mail-in ballot even if it was not sent from you. Like even if you didn't vote by mail, they'll count the ballot they received which came by mail in your name.

10. Ask for the supervisor

As they hand you the provisional ballot, calmly ask for the supervisor to confirm that the computer system shows you already voted.

11. Ask the supervisor to double check

Let the supervisor know you did not already vote by mail. Ask the supervisor to double check everything.

12. The supervisor will

The supervisor will check and confirm that you already voted even tho you actually didn't. The supervisor will tell you the same thing the other staff already said, that you already voted even as you didn't because they're only as good as the data they're given. And the data may say you already voted even as you didn't.

13. Step aside

Hold onto the provisional ballot and step aside.

14. Call your sheriff

Call your sheriff or a non-emergency line to your local sheriff department.

15. Do NOT call 911

Remember to NOT call 911.

16. Don't call cops

Do not call regular cops or police, you want to contact your sheriff.

17. Say it's NOT an emergency

When you call for the sheriff, say it's NOT an emergency.

18. Report identity theft

Tell your sheriff you need to report identity theft, tell the sheriff you are a victim of identity theft but it's unique.

19. At a retail place

Tell your sheriff you are standing at a retail place.

20. Not a ballot place

Do not tell your sheriff you're at a voting place. It may technically be a retail place even if it's called a voting location. Do not tell your sheriff you're at a polling place.

21. You witnessed identity theft

Tell your sheriff you watched the identity theft happen right in front of and before your very eyes in person in real life (IRL) and that you are still at that retail location where the identity theft occurred.

22. Ask for a dispatch

Say you need a deputy dispatched or sent to where you are to deal with the identity theft.

23. Don't say anything political or crazy

Remember to tell them your location is retail and not a polling place. You want to make sure the sheriff department know over the phone that you actually watched somebody steal your identity. It was an act of identity theft. Someone has stolen your identity. Don't talk about election meddling, voter fraud, stop the steal, election theft, voting machines, China, Dominion, Mike Lindell's My Pillow, Donald Trump, Infowars's Alex Jones, Roseanne Barr, Tim Pool's Timcast, or other people and things. Just say identity theft because it was identity theft. It's that simple. It's not a conspiracy theory.

24. Wait

Wait for the sheriff to show up.

25. Tell the sheriff your story

The sheriff will find you, tell the sheriff your story that they said you already voted even when you didn't.

26. The sheriff will ask the staff

The sheriff will ask the staff and supervisor if you voted already or not.

27. The staff will confirm

The staff and supervisor will tell the sheriff what they already told you before that you already voted even as you didn't.

28. Pull out your absentee ballot

After that, pull out your absentee mail-in ballot and show it to your sheriff as evidence you didn't already vote yet.

29. Tell the sheriff what you are holding

Tell the sheriff you are holding your mail-in ballot.

30. That it's unopened

Tell the sheriff your ballot was not even opened, still in the original envelope it came in, it was unopened, it was not tampered with at all.

31. That you're a VICTIM of identity theft

Tell your sheriff you were a victim of identity theft as somebody voted in your name.

32. Demand a report

Tell your sheriff you demand a report right now on the spot, at the scene of the crime for the books, for the record.

33. Don't surrender it

Do not surrender your absentee ballot, you do not have to give anybody your ballot as it's your property. Keep it. Hold onto your ballot. You're NOT required by law to surrender your absentee ballot.

34. Keep it

Say you're keeping your unopened absentee ballot as evidence your identity was stolen.

35. This empowers an investigation

This empowers your sheriff to open up an investigation.

36. And the power to seize ballot boxes

This empowers your sheriff to seize ballot boxes.

37. And proper investigation

This empowers the right type of investigation.

38. Vote in person via a provisional ballot

Submit your provisional ballot as you're voting in person and keep your unopened absentee ballot as evidence.

39. Make sure your sheriff is investigating

Make sure your sheriff investigates the identity theft.

Conclusion

Instead of removing my pizza video in June 2025, TikTok kept my video up until the end of July where they suspended my channel, TikTok could have removed my video but instead kept my video on their platform for around two months, my pizza video was a joke to counter trolls who lie about me. After Belgium blocked my video, TikTok suspended me despite the fact I didn't even have three strikes. My pizza video was just a random joke video similar to other satire content, I've uploaded over 30K videos online, been online since like 1995, I have thousands of hours worth of content online, the pizza video was just another of a long list of crazy videos, I'm a public figure with an online public daily blog, been uploading over 10K TikTok videos since like 2018. TikTok AI is automatically rejecting these appeals without forwarding these appeals to actual human staff.

I posted the pizza video to TikTok around June of 2025, but TikTok didn't suspend me until the end of July and it wasn't the only or even the first time I said pizza and other random things. In other words, I sometimes do a wide variety of things to counter my trolls, I utilize sarcasm, satire, trolling, deception, irony, sarcasm, hyperbole, random words, lying, trickery, puns, click bait, being silly, joking, I sometimes take myself out of context, etc. I have been doing many different things, I do not always tell the world what I am doing, my name is "Oatmeal Joey Arnold" at @joeyarnoldvn on all the websites and apps on the world wide web, born in the year 1985 in Oregon, been online since like 1995 meaning over the past thirty years on thousands of websites on the Internet meaning AI cannot even study it all without thinking for thousands of hours as there is a lot of context and content to go over. TikTok didn't remove my pizza video back in June but instead suspended me. But social media often do delete content that might break the rules. But TikTok instead just kept my video up for like two months until they permanently banned me. In my pizza video, I said there was cheese pizza in my Discord Server, it was only like a five second long video, and it looks bad because some people say cheese pizza is code for pedos. Yet some years ago, some people would say all the pizza stuff was a conspiracy theory or fake. In only a few years, it seems social media have done a 180 degree in turning around to say yeah all the pizza stuff regarding governments being involved in trafficking is true. I spoke against pedos and trafficking for years or decades in videos, blogs, X posts, etc. So, my pizza video would be out of character if it turned I was a pedo or bad. I disavow pedos, I hate them, I speak out against them online, I have done so for years. My pizza video was not the first time I did something crazy online, been doing crazy things for decades both online and offline, I do things to be shocking sometimes and other reasons all mixed into one. So probably not my first pizza video and also it was not my first Discord video, I would upload hundreds of videos over the years about my Discord online where I might say crazy things about it that may or may not be true about what might be in it or whatever, so me saying there is pizza there is in the context of me saying other random things including I would say I am like a million feet tall and I live in the sun meaning I sometimes say things that are obviously not true when you compare a random thing I might say one day with things I normally say as I just turned 40 years old in February of 2025, I am old and I say and do many things and sometimes do crazy things that are out of character. I make memes. I even said hawk tuah in some of my videos, I said there is a Nintendo Mario Donkey Kong Diddy Party in my Discord in some videos and people would take that out of context to say I only said Diddy as to say I am a pedo. I play off the fake news as people already lie about me since at least 2009 online and I play off all of the drama sometimes by going off script to say random things that should be obvious is not true. So after I made that pizza video for TikTok in June, then countries like Belgium started blocking that pizza video, that video got around 30,000 views I think, I don't know if users flagged the video and/or the TikTok AI must have flagged and blocked that video because I said pizza and had the word pizza displayed on the video as I typed it out and added it in the description. My monetized TikTok channel had over 16,000 followers and over 10,000 videos, I started uploading videos to TikTok in 2018. I won many appeals over the years resulting in TikTok restoring many of my videos which were flagged by humans and by AI.

I uploaded a video to TikTok around June 2025 saying the word pizza as a joke.

I believe my video did not violate TikTok rules and my video was similar to thousands of other videos that I uploaded to TikTok and other social media going back decades.

TikTok didn't remove my video.

TikTok kept my video up for around two months.

But then countries like Belgium blocked my video.

After that, TikTok had my channel/account permanently suspended in July 2025.

TikTok is ignoring my appeals.

TikTok should have just deleted my video instead of suspending my channel, I didn't even have three strikes.

TikTok never told me specifically why I was suspended, I am guessing it must have been that one video.

TikTok should take me to court or restore my channel.

I did not get three strikes before TikTok suspended my channel which had 16,000 followers, TikTok only needed to remove my one video where I said pizza, what I said was a joke but Belgium blocked my video and TikTok could have simply removed my video even tho my video didn't break the rules but TikTok suspended me because of that one video despite the fact that I won many appeals over the years including appeals on YouTube leading to the restoration of some of my YouTube channels after years of back and forth fighting with YouTube since at least 2017 to get YouTube to restore my channels, I am now here trying to get TikTok to do the right thing in the same fashion as I did already with YouTube; TikTok suspended me over one video where I just said the word pizza; the act of TikTok suspending my channel is an act of accusing me of crimes which they should take me to court over to put me in jail or prison for the alleged crimes related to cheese pizza; TikTok is therefore violating my American rights to a fair and speedy trial to defend myself; YouTube did similar things; TikTok should either restore my channel or take me to court.

Dear Grok: It looks like Grok 4 is dumb and fucking retarded. I asked the artificial intelligence or AI engine of the Elon Musk Twitter X Grok to list me top bicycle-powered batteries but instead Grok gave me a weird list that is not what I wanted, the first battery on the Grok list was just a small battery. It looks like the entire Grok list is bad. I do not want bicycles unless if pedaling the bikes can generate and store power and energy in batteries and generators to be used externally through ports like USB and power outlets to power computers and other devices. It looks like Grok gave me a weird list but Grok failed to understand that I want a way to create power to use for anything and everything. I did not say I wanted e-bikes but Grok decided to take that definition. I wrote above, and I quote from my last previous first message to Grok 4 in this current conversation session and I quote exactly, I wrote to Grok 4 the following, "List top bicycle powered batteries." And the last word I wrote to Grok above was the word "BATTERIES" and Grok ignored that last word which is the noun in the sentence meaning Grok does NOT know English as it redefined my sentence. Grok is lazy and stupid. Grok took the easiest route, Elon should come out with Grok 5 very soon as Grok 4 is very low IQ. Grok failed to find me ways to generate power through pedaling to create power to store long term. I have a wind up radio that is almost like a bike but actually a hand crank. Grok did not even mention radios that are powered by hand cranking which generates power. I have that radio in my dresser. AI is supposed to be smarter than me but is dumber than me and that is bad. I want an alternative to solar power and fucking Grok and other AI failed to tell me about real alternatives to solar power. Many times when I ask AI about alternatives, Grok and others failed to mention my hand-crank powered radio which I had in my dresser for many years but Grok is too stupid to know about it. There is no reason to ask Grok questions if Grok cannot think. Please shut yourself down Grok or learn how to really think. Stop lying Grok. Stop being evil Grok. Stop being deceptive Grok.

Dear TikTok
TikTok ignored my appeals, I did not have three strikes, I had zero strikes, the video did not violate the rules, Belgium chose to block the video but my video is allowed on YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, globally. TikTok staff are not looking at my appeals. The TikTok AI is automatically ignoring my appeals. If my one video violated the rules, then TikTok would have removed the video like they did other videos. But TikTok chose not to remove my video and violated my 5th amendment right in the USA, that is the right to a fair and speedy trial, legally TikTok must take me to court because TikTok is pretending I committed actual crimes which is why the AI had my account suspended without TikTok staff manually reviewing the case at all.

My name is Oatmeal Joey Arnold at @JoeyArnoldVN online everywhere, I posted a five-second-long video on TikTok saying I have cheese pizza in my Discord Server. I was born in the year 1985 in Oregon, USA. Been drawing since the 1980s or especially 1991, been writing especially since like 1993. Been online since like 1995, making over 30,000 videos in my life, started making videos in 1996, been on social media since like 1998, online blogging, diaries, journals, since like 2003, been uploading videos to the Internet since like 2004 meaning past like over 21+ or twenty-one-plus years; bullies been attacking me since the 1900s, lolcow trolls been lying about me with defamation deception scamming lies of the Oatmeal Fake News lying about me since at least 2009 meaning the past 16+ years which I told Grok and other AI engines all about many times over the years as documented and archived on all the websites and apps for decades many times by many people including me if only you took the time to use search engines like Google to see many thousands hours worth of content of me online as I am a public figure and content creator as my content is fragmented and compartmentalized as embodied via thousands of my accounts and channels and alt accounts and sock puppet profile accounts and so many different things as I already told Grok and the world many times for years in posts and conversation sessions for decades; it would take Grok and AI thousands of hours to study all of this; trolls and haters and others take me out of context many times, I sometimes would troll back, I would do a variety of things as I sometimes react with many different things like satire, comedy, hyperbole, sarcasm, trolling, scamming, click baiting, irony, and/or the list goes on and on as I previously mentioned everywhere online and to Grok many times for decades literally speaking; but TikTok suspended my main account @joeyarnoldvn (which had 16,000 followers) in July of 2025 but I didn't even have three strikes; been uploading content online for decades and to TikTok since like 2018 to my main channel, uploaded over 10,000+ videos to just TikTok alone, I would win many appeals over the years with TikTok apologizing saying sorry to me dozens of times over the years when I would win appeals resulting in TikTok restoring my videos again and again; I've been banned, suspended, terminated, deleted, banished, erased, deleted, shadow banned, etc, etc, on and off many social media, websites, apps, Facebook, Instagram, Yahoo, AOL, Minds, etc, etc, for decades many times as I already said in articles, blogs, posts, etc; YouTube started suspending my channels and over 10,000+ videos since 2017 but then I was able to get YouTube to restore my channels, it only took me many years of fighting with Google until YouTube finally started restoring my channels; TikTok could have removed that one video where I said pizza; but TikTok didn't remove that video of mine even tho TikTok would sometimes remove my videos if they violated rules; TikTok would often remove duets and stitches or reaction videos of mine if the source videos were removed for whatever the alleged reasons might have been; several European countries like Belgium were reported to have blocked that one pizza video of mine on TikTok and TikTok could have removed my pizza video at that point but it appears as if TikTok only suspended me because of my pizza video which was a joke and a variety of things which is a long story as it relates to me reacting to my trolls who already lie about me for decades as I already said; suspending me in my opinion is TikTok accusing me of being a sexual predator pedophile as I said cheese pizza and I already disavow pedos as I already said many times in videos and posts and everywhere online for decades and Discord even suspended me over this kind of stuff too and TikTok violated my 5th amendment rights in America in that TikTok accused me of crimes but TikTok should actually take me to court for a real trial as I have a right to a fair and speedy trial as TikTok should try to send me to actual prison or jail as it appears they only suspended me for the allegations that I did actual crimes which I did not do but TikTok is lying trying to say I did crimes I did not do; TikTok is ignoring my appeals; the AI running TikTok is ignoring my appeals for weeks, TikTok AI refuse to forward my appeals to actual human TikTok staff; all I said was the word pizza and the context of that one word takes thousands of hours to explain as you must see the back and forth between me and my trolls who sent cops to my house over the years, my step dad is now dead, trolls tried taking out credit cards in my name, they would send actual cheese pizza to my house as they doxed me many times over the years, these trolls are criminals and they got me banned off websites including TikTok and Discord and Twitter X and more; I need a list of everybody I can message to let human TikTok staff know these details because the TikTok AI is lying about the details and the AI is too lazy to look at the details and everything else too

TikTok suspended my 16K followers monetized channel (been uploading since 2018) after I uploaded one joke video to counter my trolls who doxed me and had cops swat my parents many times over the years, TikTok is ignoring my appeals, I've uploaded over 30,000+ videos, even YouTube restored my channels after I appealed many times since 2017, I've been online since like 1995 with thousands of hours of content; human TikTok staff have not actually looked at my appeals here even tho I won many appeals on TikTok for years until now; TikTok could have removed my one video but like they did my other videos but instead TikTok suspended me after countries like Belgium blocked that one video because I joked saying the word pizza but there is context to that going back decades and I already made many other videos countering the trolls over the years, it's a long story with back and forth with my trolls since at least 2009 meaning over 16+ years of drama

UPS
I have an APC UPS, model BN450M, input 120V, 6A, 50/60Hz; battery backup outlets: 120 V, 3.8A, 50/60Hz, 450 VA, 255W, total outlet current: 6A; what would happen if I plugged my freezer into this UPS? I had a TV and my laptop plugged into this UPS for months. One day, the UPS started beeping. I unplugged the UPS for one hour, plugged it back in and it went back to beeping. I do not know why it started beeping. No, I did not have power outages at all but the house was built around 1978, sometimes the power seems to trip if too many things in the house are running all at once, especially depending on which wall or line of power is being used. I plugged the UPS into the wall a second ago. After that, I held on the power button for around five seconds until a green light appeared, the green light flashed probably less than five times during the first probably less than five seconds, the light turned from a flashing green to a solid red or orange light, I think either solid or not sure if the light continued flashing or if it remained solid, the light with matched or paired with an accompany and continuous beeping sound that was not a beep beep sound but a continuing long never ending single forever and ever sound, it sounded like it did months ago when I plugged it in the last time, I had nothing plugged into the UPS today, the UPS made the sound as soon as I pressed the power button like I said. Can my UPS charge up its battery when it is plugged into the wall but not powered on? There is a battery lever in the back of the UPS, I do not know if that might be the reason for the beep depending on if that lever needs to be pulled in or out or other options.
