TikTok update: When I tried to log into joeyarnoldvn4 via my phone, then my phone said joeyarnoldvn4 is banned but joeyarnoldvn4 is still active and not banned on Chromium on my computer. At first, it looked like as if I logged into joeyarnoldvn4 on my phone, I was sort of able to use the TikTok phone app for like 2 minutes but was not able to upload videos via my phone but was able to access the FYP and the ability to watch videos in general. But it appeared as if I was not really even in my joeyarnoldvn4 account on my phone as my profile on my phone had no info, no profile photo, no videos, and the username was @ null which could mean joeyarnoldvn4 is banned and/or they might be saying @joeyarnoldvn is banned and/or it might be that my phone is blocked from fully logging into any account regardless of if it is banned or not banned assuming TikTok flagged my phone or my IP or whatever. You mentioned Section 230 Immunity but that applies to platforms that complies with the fabrics of safe harbor and not the fabrics of curators like TIkTok who function as publishers similar to newspapers who may not have Section 230 Immunity. For decades, social media lied saying they were just merely only like platforms who might allegedly hypothetically theoretically possibly be sometimes eligible for some Section 230 Immunity in theory some might say but they actually participate in curating like publishers which would actually legally disqualify them from immunity but even the AI may not understand this if the AI including Grok was programmed to have this blind spot to not question the logic flaws in all of this. You wrote, "TikTok's policy is designed to protect users under 18." But if a human is anonymous, then it can be hard to know the human's age. You would need a Chinese Social Credit Score to force people to connect to the Internet via an Internet account that is connected to your real ID in order to determine actual age in order to determine if people are 18 years old or older or younger. But then that gets in the way of being anonymous. Many people online tend to be anonymous. People lie about their age. Finding a way to ban 18 or younger off the Internet would interfere with the freedom to be anonymous online. You mentioned how people under 18 are on TikTok but they are also on other websites and apps too and they lie about their age meaning it is not relevant or not the most critical factor as people lie about their age and many are anonymous meaning it is hard to know how old people are and kids should not be on the Internet in the first place but it is not supposed to be the job of TikTok to police that some might say as that is dangerous. Odd TikTok banned me in July 2025, let me make a second account that same month, ban me 2 weeks after that, let me make a third account, banned me 2 weeks after that being yesterday, and then let me make a 4th account yesterday but won't let me log into any account on my phone since yesterday and yet TikTok would let me create accounts and make videos via my phone for around a month now since July 2025 but now all of a sudden they do not let me make videos on my phone now but I was able to make videos on my phone for around a month. But what is the difference between logging into a phone and a different browser? Went to bed around 5 AM. Woke up around 10 AM. Breakfast: 10:42 AM. I had no strikes, TikTok banned me probably for my pizza video which TikTok didn't remove for 2 months, TikTok could have simply deleted that video which didn't actually break the rules, TikTok didn't let me appeal individual video removals. Grok, you do not make sense, your logic is broken, you might be lying, because people uploaded my videos to TikTok over the years but they were not suspended. I uploaded videos to TikTok. Other people downloaded my videos and reuploaded those same exact videos unchanged and unedited back to TikTok to their channels and then TikTok didn't ban them, this happened many times for years. So, if other people can upload my videos, then why can't I make a new account and upload my own videos too, why is there a double standard where people can upload my videos but I cannot upload those same exact videos to TikTok too, why the distinction with identical videos? I was banned based off my videos which TikTok allows those videos which means there is no reason for TikTok to ban me. After I uploaded my pizza video (which it wasn't my first pizza video but my first pizza video which countries like Belgium started to block), it took TikTok around two months before terminating my account the end of July 2025. I assume that pizza video got me banned but another factor was I was on vacation around the time I was banned. I live near Olympia, WA. I went camping in Seaside in Oregon. It's possible that another factor was how my IP or location changed all of a sudden. Some TikTok users might move around more often. I am usually in my one city most of the time. I was also accessing TikTok via my Verizon cellular mobile phone service in my car and out and about in my city and in Seaside and other cities too. Perhaps, the TikTok AI was triggered to ban my account for a combination of factors, these might be some of the factors that triggered the AI. I doubt human TikTok staff are studying my individual case as they are too busy overseeing millions of accounts, human staff likely only have a maximum time or limit of five seconds to look at appeals and cases which my individual case would take thousands of hours to study to see my side of the story which goes back to at least 1995 with tons of context as I battle trolls and everything else. I have this LG Stylo 4 phone which had Xfinity phone service until around 2022. It was not used until now. But now, Google Play services keeps stopping. I get a new notification on this phone every five seconds even after I click on stop app. This phone was last updated in 2022. The Internet works. The phone was restarted. But the problem continues. Lunch: I forget. Sorting papers. Tried to jump the truck with a new device, failed, probably needed more time. Took the car, two YouTube videos on end times and the rapture. Mark collected three jugs of water from the well there. Dinner: 06:20 PM. Did dishes today in the afternoon. Recycling. Garbage. Picked up weeds pile. Also, grape branches which mom was trimming today. Mom said she saw none or not many wasps today, looks like the spray is scaring them off, two got caught in the hanging trap. I was sorting papers till midnight. Mom watched an episode of Star Gate where an avatar hologram robot alien was terraforming a planet for his nitro friends even as the native carbon based life forms would die, they eventually found a new planet for the natives to move to, the alien's spaceship was already in the middle of changing the planet with not enough ability to start over on a new planet which led to the natives leaving as opposed to starting a war with the aliens who were hiding from other aliens who must have destroyed their planet. Food log: Breakfast: coffee with honey, orange, cinnamon applesauce, pancakes thing was good, 10:42 AM. Lunch: I forget. Upset stomach, like a stomach ache, took stuff for it, things got better. Dinner: salad was really good, sausage, chips with spicy dip, water was good, 06:20 PM. Milk. Sparkling water drink was good. Apple cider.
