How to stop election fraud, call it identity theft

"Sheriff, I'm a victim of identity theft." Don't talk about election fraud. Below, I've included a 39-step guide on what to do if they tell you that you already voted on election day which is on Tuesday, the 5th day of November of 2024. Statistically this will likely happen to you even if you didn't already vote. There is a high probability this will happen because it already happened thousands of times in 2020 and 2022 in states like California.

Outline
Here is an outline of what you can do:

  1. Request for an absentee ballot to be sent to you by mail but don't open it
  2. Vote in person on election day, don't show them your absentee ballot
  3. If they say you already voted, contact your sheriff
  4. Have your sheriff come to document identity theft
  5. Don't say election fraud at a polling location, say it's a retail place
  6. Show your sheriff your absentee ballot but don't surrender it
  7. Vote in person via a provisional ballot

Let me provide more details as follows. Request an absentee mail-in ballot. Don't open it. Try to vote on election day. But if they say you already voted even when you haven't, contact your sheriff. Don't call 911. Say it's a non-emergency. Say you witnessed identity theft at a retail location. Don't say you're at a ballot location. Request the sheriff to come. Tell the sheriff your story. Have the sheriff ask the staff who will repeat that you already voted even as you didn't. After that, pull out your unopened absentee ballot to show the sheriff but then keep that ballot as by law it's your property and you don't have to surrender it. Your sheriff has the power to open up a proper investigation on your identity theft and seize ballot boxes.

Also, they can give you a provisional ballot so you can vote in person. But without the help of the sheriff, they're not going to count your provisional ballot but will instead just count the fake absentee ballot vote which didn't actually come from you as you didn't already vote even if they said you already voted. So, vote in person on election day via a provisional ballot if they say you already voted even as you haven't already voted. Make sure your sheriff knows you were a victim of identity theft.

Do not say voting fraud or election theft or anything political like that. Just say identity theft because it was identity theft. And keep your unopened absentee mail-in ballot as evidence of the crime of identity theft which they committed against you. Scroll down to see these 39 steps in more details below as follows. How can Americans fight absentee/mail-in ballot fraud?

1. Request for an absentee mail-in ballot

No matter who you are, this article is for you, whether you're voting for Donald John Trump, Joe Biden, Michelle Obama of Barack Obama, Oatmeal Joey Arnold, Kamala Harris or anybody else. This may even apply if you're not even voting at all because you may find out they voted in your name even as you don't even vote at all. They may have stolen your identity by forging your name on ballots to pretend you voted when really you didn't. This affects red and blue states. And remember that blue states are only blue in a few of the largest cities as the countryside is red.

2. Don't open your absentee ballot

Do not open it when it comes in the mail, do not tamper with it. Make sure you keep the envelope unopened. Make sure you don't remove postal stamps if there are any off the exterior of the envelope. You want to preserve it in the same condition you received it in. Hold onto it.

3. Don't open others either

If you received a ballot but didn't request one, don't open that either. Keep everything version that is sent to you. This is your evidence.

4. Vote in person on election day

Vote in person on election day which is Tuesday, the 5th day of November of 2024 (that is this current year right now).

5. Bring your unopened absentee ballot

Bring with you your unopened absentee ballot but vote in person at a voting location.

6. They might say you already voted

When you try to vote in person, then they might say sorry you already voted even if you have not yet voted. Do not panic as they're simply relaying to you what they're being told. You know you haven't voted (assuming if you haven't voted) but they only know what they see on computers or wherever they get their information from. There is a high statistical probability they'll say you already voted since this has happened a lot in 2020 and 2022 in states like California in the United States of America (USA).

7. Don't bitch

Don't whine, complain, yell, panic, go crazy. Stay calm. Don't get mad as this is not a personal attack against you personally. Stay reserved and focused. Don't say words like fraud and stuff.

8. Say, "Can you repeat that to me?"

They'll say it again that you already voted even when you haven't.

9. Request for a provisional ballot

They'll give you a provisional ballot form you can fill out which lets you vote and it means they might investigate it. Well, actually, they'll count the mail-in ballot and not count the provisional ballot as it might be hard to know whether or not you already voted by mail or not. So they'll just count the absentee mail-in ballot even if it was not sent from you. Like even if you didn't vote by mail, they'll count the ballot they received which came by mail in your name.

10. Ask for the supervisor

As they hand you the provisional ballot, calmly ask for the supervisor to confirm that the computer system shows you already voted.

11. Ask the supervisor to double check

Let the supervisor know you did not already vote by mail. Ask the supervisor to double check everything.

12. The supervisor will

The supervisor will check and confirm that you already voted even tho you actually didn't. The supervisor will tell you the same thing the other staff already said, that you already voted even as you didn't because they're only as good as the data they're given. And the data may say you already voted even as you didn't.

13. Step aside

Hold onto the provisional ballot and step aside.

14. Call your sheriff

Call your sheriff or a non-emergency line to your local sheriff department.

15. Do NOT call 911

Remember to NOT call 911.

16. Don't call cops

Do not call regular cops or police, you want to contact your sheriff.

17. Say it's NOT an emergency

When you call for the sheriff, say it's NOT an emergency.

18. Report identity theft

Tell your sheriff you need to report identity theft, tell the sheriff you are a victim of identity theft but it's unique.

19. At a retail place

Tell your sheriff you are standing at a retail place.

20. Not a ballot place

Do not tell your sheriff you're at a voting place. It may technically be a retail place even if it's called a voting location. Do not tell your sheriff you're at a polling place.

21. You witnessed identity theft

Tell your sheriff you watched the identity theft happen right in front of and before your very eyes in person in real life (IRL) and that you are still at that retail location where the identity theft occurred.

22. Ask for a dispatch

Say you need a deputy dispatched or sent to where you are to deal with the identity theft.

23. Don't say anything political or crazy

Remember to tell them your location is retail and not a polling place. You want to make sure the sheriff department know over the phone that you actually watched somebody steal your identity. It was an act of identity theft. Someone has stolen your identity. Don't talk about election meddling, voter fraud, stop the steal, election theft, voting machines, China, Dominion, Mike Lindell's My Pillow, Donald Trump, Infowars's Alex Jones, Roseanne Barr, Tim Pool's Timcast, or other people and things. Just say identity theft because it was identity theft. It's that simple. It's not a conspiracy theory.

24. Wait

Wait for the sheriff to show up.

25. Tell the sheriff your story

The sheriff will find you, tell the sheriff your story that they said you already voted even when you didn't.

26. The sheriff will ask the staff

The sheriff will ask the staff and supervisor if you voted already or not.

27. The staff will confirm

The staff and supervisor will tell the sheriff what they already told you before that you already voted even as you didn't.

28. Pull out your absentee ballot

After that, pull out your absentee mail-in ballot and show it to your sheriff as evidence you didn't already vote yet.

29. Tell the sheriff what you are holding

Tell the sheriff you are holding your mail-in ballot.

30. That it's unopened

Tell the sheriff your ballot was not even opened, still in the original envelope it came in, it was unopened, it was not tampered with at all.

31. That you're a VICTIM of identity theft

Tell your sheriff you were a victim of identity theft as somebody voted in your name.

32. Demand a report

Tell your sheriff you demand a report right now on the spot, at the scene of the crime for the books, for the record.

33. Don't surrender it

Do not surrender your absentee ballot, you do not have to give anybody your ballot as it's your property. Keep it. Hold onto your ballot. You're NOT required by law to surrender your absentee ballot.

34. Keep it

Say you're keeping your unopened absentee ballot as evidence your identity was stolen.

35. This empowers an investigation

This empowers your sheriff to open up an investigation.

36. And the power to seize ballot boxes

This empowers your sheriff to seize ballot boxes.

37. And proper investigation

This empowers the right type of investigation.

38. Vote in person via a provisional ballot

Submit your provisional ballot as you're voting in person and keep your unopened absentee ballot as evidence.

39. Make sure your sheriff is investigating

Make sure your sheriff investigates the identity theft.

It seems you are misrepresenting the data I showed you, the biggest thing is the current rate is 0 B/s but was going at around 10 MB/s as it went up to 791 MB in under 10 minutes but current rate is now under 1 MB/s, it might be due to the cops and/or many reasons. On top of that, it looks like Gemini corrupted the map file again like many times for weeks, Gemini breaks Bill which results in the map file breaking resulting rescuing process starting over even as dvd.iso is already 4.7 GB. Before you wrote 53.3, here was the output, Bill was rescuing at around 10 MB/s for almost ten minutes but then it dropped to 0 B/s for the last 11 minutes, there might be many reasons why it dropped to 0 B/s and not simply 1 B/s or something slow. Also, it said 16.95% rescued but the previous percentage was almost 80% but Gemini/Grok may have caused the map file to break.

I had Gemini create a DVD Bill Map Generator file. Currently running that. To be clear, it was mostly only at 8 MB/s and it peaked above 10 MB/s a little here and there. Currently it is at an average of 6 MB/s at 8 minutes running with 2879 MB generated. It was only at around 15 MB/s for less than like ten seconds is my guess. Probably under 10 MB/s 50% of the time so far. It sounds like the drive is stopping and going now at 11 minutes. The average is now under 5 MB/s.

Super Man Protocol
Write the Super Man Protocol, unless if Bill can already do it, Bill must be able to either re-mark sectors when Bill needs to and/or switch to other rounds, levels, worlds, modes. Specifically, if there is nothing to do, either Bill can try to like re-mark the sectors or Bill should probably switch. Make sure Bill can either re-mark or switch to other rounds, levels, worlds, modes. For extra credit points, you could add a condition if possible to push Bill to either re-mark or to switch especially if the error rate average doubled or if the read rate average decreased by 50%. The challenge with writing this is it might cause Bill to run around unable to finish rescuing the final bytes which means the Super Man Protocol should probably turn off if 99% of a disc is rescued or in certain conditions where Bill is just switching all the time unable to get anywhere.

Turtle Protocol
Write the Turtle Protocol which is a contrast to the Super Man Protocol, the Turtle Protocol pushes Bill to finish the current project. For example, for a new disc, the default first project via Perfect Mode: World 0: Level 0: Round 0 would be to Speed Scan and hopefully Speed Rescue all the bytes in under five minutes or at least under an hour or as fast as possible. Each level can have infinite rounds. The Turtle Protocol demands infinite infinite rounds until the current project is done. But once all bytes are scanned (0 non-tried bytes remaining), then Bill should progress to the next hierarchical tier. The Super Man Protocol has the power to escalate, that is to intervene, if need be. There is also the Coffee Protocol you wrote earlier as well. If need be, protocols can move Bill to do other projects. For example, in Trim Mode, the project would be to try to trim all the bytes. In Scrape Mode, the project would be to try to scrape all the bytes. The purpose of the Turtle Protocol is to push Bill to finish projects if Bill can. The Super Man Protocol might or the Coffee Protocol might urge Bill to switch. But by default, if Bill can, Bill should try to finish the current project via infinite rounds before switching to other levels, worlds, modes. The stalling system could push Bill to abandon the Turtle Protocol to switch to other hierarchical tiers. The Turtle Protocol must be designed to keep Bill balanced as the Super Man Protocol might prevent Bill from finishing projects.

Stall Protocol
Write the Stall Protocol to push Bill to the next hierarchical tier if stalling too long. Define stalling as not rescuing new bytes. By default, all hierarchical tiers must loop from the last one to the first one. Rounds are infinite per level. Level 9 must loop back to level 0. World 3 must loop back to World 0. Mode 4 (Crawl Mode) must loop back to Mode 0 (Perfect Mode). If 100 consecutive round stalls, switch to the next level. If 10 consecutive level stalls, switch to the next world. Remaining Time counter is broken. It seems to be just jumping from one level to the next level per round, why? Write the Error Protocol. If 0 bytes are read along with an error rate for ten consecutive rounds, switch to the next level.

Time remaining counter at the top is broken. Error Protocol counter did not reset even at 12/10. Eventually the counter did reset when rescuing bytes. The rounds stall counter and error counter match at 31 but the first is 31/100 and the second is 31/10. It says, "STALLS: R:31/100 L:0/10 W:0/4 | ERR-PROT: 31/10." I don't want that. Trim Mode | WORLD: 1/4 | LEVEL: 0/9 with -d --idirect -c 2048 --no-scrape -M ran with 341 B/s error rate and 0 B/s averate read rate which failed to trigger the Error Protocol or the Super Man Protocol.

Levels could be built around major themes. I like the modes and worlds I designed. To built on top of that design, the question would be what what are all the themes out there. One theme might be the --min-read-rate flag. Talk to me about different strategies for the read rate because I would do a minimum of 100m for perfect mode and 30m for scan mode. I don't think 100m is literally possible but Gemini suggested it. Perhaps 100m would just push the drive to go as fast as possible. The limits for my discs and drive right now might be under 25m or at least most of my discs. Therefore, 30m might be identical to what 100m tries to do. In the past, I would have Gemini write several speeds where Bill would start with the fastest speeds like 30m for a minimum read rate and gradually go to lower speeds like 20m, 10m, 1m, and so on. That is one tactic. Another tactic might be the reverse of that. First off, perhaps not using --min-read-rate flag might do better in some cases than 30m or 100m. Beyond that, perhaps a lower rate might help if it saves overall time in trying to rescue many bytes. I don't know the math, the averages, the probability, etc. Talk me through different tactics as it relates to different --min-read-rate flags speeds, settings, the debate on when to use the flags versus NOT using the flags, whether to start at lower speeds or higher speeds, talk about the pros and cons between different approaches relating to these types of flags and themes.

Write instructions for Gemini for writing Bill to develop the Speed Switch which will also be called the Max Per Hit (MPH) as a parody of Miles Per Hour. Instead of pinning and fixing the --min-read-rate flags to specific modes, worlds, levels, or even rounds, keep the MPH gauge pinned to the Speed Switch. The challenge is writing triggers, the if this then that part of the code, I would love if the MPH could change even during rounds but I would settle for having the MPH fluctuate per round at the very least. The challenge like I said is in determining which variables might trigger the MPH to go up and down. I want the MPH to free to fluctuate between any round, level, world, or even mode. There are probably millions of ways to write code for a system as complex as this gauge. In my head, I can think of many different ways to writing MPH. There are many challenges as many things can go wrong with a MPH system like this one. Before I decide to give you all of my many ideas relating to MPH, I want to give you Gemini an opportunity to write as much as can as it relates to this. The following speeds:

Those are suggested speeds. And/or think about what if sometimes the MPH could be determined based minimum, maximum, and/or average speeds. So say for example if Bill is reading at 226.34567 kilobytes per second, what if the MPH Speed Switch locked onto that rate as to try to force that speed to continue for a period of time as to try to skip over slower spots.

In writing a MPH system, it can be challenges, many moving parts, many risks. One of the questions might be relating to which routes might save more time. To use an analogy, the turtle won the race because the turtle was consistent. The turtle was slow but was focused. The rabbit might be faster but might end up on roads that are thousands of times longer. What is tough is you may not know which routes the turtles and rabbits might take resulting in a hard time knowing how to do the math in guessing probabilities between different approaches. The rabbit might not only be on a longer road but might also stop and go more. Each time the rabbit stops, the rabbit might be wasting time. Perhaps a good MPH system needs a default route that takes in account all of these factors to come up with a balanced compromise that is founded on the highest probability of working, that is efficiency, effectiveness. The default MPH might be to start on off mode. However, I don't totally know as most of my discs probably have many scratches on them which sort of makes me want to focus on flying by as many scratches at the beginning as I can. If a 4.7 GB DVD has 400 MB of bad sectors in 4,000 spots all over the drive. Talk about everything that might help and hurt me in this type of situation, talk the pros and cons, all of the flags, speeds, settings, the cops, the variables, etc.

But as I get older, I do try to be more careful as I try to summarize my life, my autobiography, to correct the record as I try to tell my side of the story to combat the Oatmeal Fake News that my lolcow trolls spam the Internet with as they fool people into believing the lies they tell about me. Not saying you should watch my videos. But if they can lie about me, they can lie about you. But I sometimes trolled my trolls to show the world how easy it is to fool trolls who fell for the lies I put out there. Most of what I try to do in my life probably fails big time you might say but I was at least able to scam my trolls a few times over the years. I sometimes utilize sarcasm, hyperbole, satire, comedy, absurdity, Devil's advocate, trolling, scamming, click baiting, out of context stuff, irony, etc. But I often wouldn't tell people when I was trolling or not trolling. If you studied me, you could eventually figure it out. But most of my trolls are too lazy to research beyond the tip of the iceberg which led to my trolls repeating lies they about me which would only take a second to debunk. You can send your artificial intelligence or AI to give you outlines of my content and what not. Try using different combinations of words in search engines for better results. Working on the DVD Gemini Bill project as usual for hours. I went to bed at like 06:30 AM. Woke up at around 12:00 PM. Worked on my Weekly Photos as usual and my Oatmeal Daily post. DVD work. Infowars. Look at Discord for a second. Furniture back into yard shed as it was raining lightly today, I was washing the shelves and stuff yesterday. Breakfast: 12:30 PM. Lunch: 02:03 PM. Dinner: 04:15 PM. Laundry. Vacuum. Dishes. Raining. Didn't spot big leaks in yard or garden sheds as it was raining, not sure why there was water on the floor in the yard shed but it was there for like months, might be many reasons why but not super wet, maybe a small spill of a water bottle kind of thing and not a super big problem. No mail. Weeding for a second. Coffee grounds dump by mom's room. Compost dump. Dig bury grounds and compost for a second. Mom watching Enterprise earlier and then Dick Van Dyke where he is arrested but the lady was a trouble maker and then Rob had a lawyer help him out of that jam and the guilty man I assume, he pretended his name was Rob, that made me laugh, mom said their sophisticated dialog and humor is captivating, I agree. Mom telling me about how she is learning how to preserve grapes, raspberries, cherries, various things, via like rum which sometimes didn't taste the best depending on how you do it or now she is talking about Brandy, she was talking about the challenges if one were to dilute the cocktail or whatever depending on how the wine is made. We talked about how oil is in cow milk in the form of fat. Food log: Breakfast: orange, 12:30 PM. Lunch: raisins on oatmeal, coffee, 02:03 PM. Strawberries, 02:26 PM. Dinner: beef roast on potatoes, 04:15 PM. Tea.
