For writing Discord bot code, Gemini appears to have a bigger context window. Grok is stronger but with a smaller context window (Grok can write reports for Gemini). Gemini appears to be a little better at writing code. Grok might be better at understanding humans.

The bot is looping in priority 4, other priorities are dead. It failed to web search. It also failed to search internally when I typed Discord. Some actions are supposed to be token free but it seems each action is being sent to Groq even when I do not want all actions sent there to save tokens depending priorities and actions and token availability and other factors too. When I asked for a video about turtles, the bot gave me a YouTube video link that failed to embed. Normally, the bot never fails to embed YouTube. When I asked for a GIF, it failed and sent me "

There are probably more bugs.

Earlier versions of the code sometimes had many different things. It can be debated where to put different features. Let me know if anything else should be added at the end of this section 9. For example, we've had a what year was I in which location. You can bring back the code for that feature so the bot can connect years with locations from a list.

However, I would prefer if possible to have a token free feature that instead connected the year and location from the timeline directly. Beyond that, the idea would be to have a token free copy and paste template that required no tokens because it would require no LLM processing in Groq, that is the theory assuming code can prevent the bot from sending a request to Groq which would cost tokens.

My idea is the trigger word would be "WHEN" which would cause the bot to make the following token-free automatic template reply to each message or reply that has the word "WHEN" in it during live chat within priorities 1 and 4 only. The bot should reply to "WHEN" with the following, the bot should simply copy and paste the first noun from the message and put it in the following format totally token free verbatim with no LLM processing: the idea is the bot would simple locate each time the noun or keyword appears in the timeline section of the code and simply copies and pastes the year for each time that keyword appears. For example, it runs through the timeline, locates California on the 1992 timeline and copies those four numbers from that line which is "1992" and adds it to the reply output template like a fallback message would with no tokens:

Priority 2 is spamming the same video each time to each person. The media system in these codes have been broken for days. Many versions of the code via Grok, Gemini, and ChatGPT have failed to stop the bot from spamming only the Rick Astley - Never Gonna Give You Up (Official Video) (4K Remaster) video.

To be clear, I did not want the media machine to only search through a search engine like DuckDuckGo, Google, Bing, Yahoo, or any other main search service. Yes, for web searching for links, it makes sense to search through Google or even You.com.

In earlier versions, the code did not search through Google or other search engines for some, most, or any of the media. Instead, it would search within the location of the said media. If the media machines randomly picks YouTube say for example, it should try to search in YouTube for a video or find other ways to do it. Same thing with GIFs, it should go to Tenor. Same thing with drawings and photos and others. But for a long time, Gemini has failed to return to this logic. Of course, some might say it might be hard or even impossible to locate or search stumble upon media via some websites, apps, services, social media, but I want to believe that some websites can. The bot should try multiple ways of getting media to post.

List each section that must be redesigned to prevent the bot from sending everything or too much to the LLM. Redesign so that the bot grabs the words first and then sends it to the LLM when applicable. For example, some trigger words like "THINK" could tell the bot to send data to the LLM. I would want to advice having "THINK" and "REMEMBER" share code where remember avoids sending anything to the LLM while think sends it to Groq. But at the same time, think is not working which means think might fail too if it drove on those same broken tracks or roads. If a message reads turtles say for example. The bot should find the line in the timeline that mentioned turtles and send only that line to the LLM, I saw the turtles in 1993 for example. Most of the text by the bot should only be a sentence which means it probably does not need to spend more than a thousand tokens for anything. I have seen some of the send tokens to Groq at around 50, the return tokens cost could be over 300 sometimes. Often times, some actions cost around 600 tokens. I do not know how many tokens it might need for each action but it does seem the bot ends up writing too many words when it is given too many tokens. In other situations, the bot will stop mid sentence with too little tokens. Your job is find a balance. Most of the actions even via priorities 1 and 4 should probably be under ten words total for 99% of every text the bot sends. You have to decide the best balance between hard limits stopping the bot from spending too many tokens for some actions versus being a horse whisperer to not enslave or force but to gently nudge and encourage the bot towards spending as little tokens for 99% of all actions which includes mostly toke free actions.

With that said, tell me each section we must redesign.

Because the main issue is when the code, the bot, fails to pick a random number from the results: for example, if the bot randomly rolls the dice on doing a GIF and then rolls the dice again to do GIF number 12. The problem is it seems it might not be picking a random number to embed but instead might be picking between 2 options or it might be only picking fallback options if the code is broken somehow. Instead of falling back to the same media too quickly, it should probably reset back to the beginning. For example, if it rolls on video and then rolls a 2 and it plays the same Rick video, perhaps the memory thing might help tell it to start over where it would roll again and land on drawings where it then would embed a drawing instead. The trick is to give the bot more options. If the bot picks GIF number 58784833 and there is not that many from pool or list, then it could start over and roll another media type. Perhap videos and a random number for picking a random video. The trick is to give it more options but not so many options that it ends up failing each time.
